Biba, known for their ethnic womenswear, has been reopening their stores since the end of last month, as lockdown rules and guidelines eased up to allow retailers to open stores around the contaminated areas.
The brand has ensured that the store staff is equipped with sufficient protective gear like masks and gloves along with regular sanitisation of stores as shown in a video uploaded on their Facebook page.
Biba has also launched a new line of sleepwear as ‘work from home’ becomes a new market.
With many people staying indoors, several companies have launched loungewear and sleepwear line as the consumer needs have shifted from formalwear to casualwear that allows comfort for the user.
The line features maxi dresses, loose sets and various separates that are easy to wear and come in signature poppy colours and ethnic prints.
