Swedish fast-fashion retailer H&M is expanding across the country with its plan to garner audience in 4 more cities – Nagpur, Kochi, Jalandhar and Dehradun.
The stores are set to open in the coming months of 2019.
The retailer has already narrowed down the locations for the stores, which will be spread over 65,000 sq. ft. each and include clothing and accessories for women, men, teenagers and kids.
The stores will be in TMS Prestige in Kochi, Trillium Mall in Nagpur, Pinnacle Plaza in Dehradun and Jalandhar’s Model Town.
Janne Einola, Country Manager, H&M India, said, “New stores in cities across India reinforce H&M’s customer-centric focus. We look forward to welcoming customers at their new favourite fashion destination.”
H&M currently operates 42 stores across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Amritsar, Indore, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Mohali, Mysore and Ahmedabad.
In 2018, the retailer began selling online in India via its website and recently on fashion e-commerce marketplace Myntra.
