Digital retail platforms, Myntra and The Zoom Studios (the original content creator of Zoom), will venture together to launch India’s first digital fashion reality show named ‘Myntra Fashion Superstar’.
The show will dig in to search for the best fashion influencers, and will be judged by Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha.
The show will provide a platform to all the fashion enthusiasts to showcase their talent in bringing together creative styles infused with their creativity and, exhibit their fashion-oriented personalities through digital and social first contents.
Commenting on the new endeavour, Nikhil Gandhi, President-Revenue of Times Network said, “Entertainment and fashion is synonymous with the young India. Our in-depth understanding of the content needs of the genre inspired us to partner with Myntra and put together a first-of-a-kind reality show that is real, conversational and engaging, true to the ethos of The Zoom Studios. Through this unique concept, we look forward to celebrating India’s first Fashion Superstar.”
The show will be endowed with multiple tasks that would witness contestants vying on fashion styling, digital content creation and innovation, to unveil their panache and zeal for fashion.
The show will invite entries between 26 June and 10 July through video applications either through direct emails or social online channels. For this, applicants will have to upload a 60 second video displaying their unique signature style and what equips them to be India’s first and best Fashion Superstar.
The winner of the show will be titled ‘India’s Fashion Superstar’, and will get a chance to inaugurate their own line at Myntra, while also be the face of fashion at Zoom.

The show is expected to go live in September on The Zoom Studios and Myntra’s social platforms.
