Fashion retailer Ralph Lauren has reportedly decided to lay off more than 100 employees at its North Carolina facility.
The decision will hit a number of people employed with the company in various roles such as analysts, fulfilment centre specialists, supervisory IT roles, and technicians. The job cut has come under its ‘Way Forward Plan’ aimed to return the company to sustainable, profitable growth and continue to move its business and iconic brand forward.

In a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act notice, the North Carolina Commerce Department noted Ralph Lauren will make 107 lay-offs at Kernersville, Greensboro, and High Point offices by 15 July.
