UniCommerce’s omnichannel tool will enable the brands to route an online order to the nearest store and connect multiple offline stores, which will serve the dual motive of uniform experience to customers and reduce the logistics cost of the brands.
Furthermore, the tool will also fulfil functionalities like Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, alongside updating the inventory in real time across multiple locations to ensure accuracy in stock information.
The automated inventory update features help the user in efficient planning of the stock and prevent overselling.
Commenting on the collaborative endeavour Kapil Makhija, CEO of Unicommerce said, “With the increasing penetration of e-commerce in India, omnichannel is fast becoming a reality in Indian retail. Unicommerce provides a robust omnichannel solution by acting as a perfect middleware, which enables seamless synergy across multiple systems (ERPs, Point of Sale, Website, etc.).”
