Mukesh Kansal, CMD, CTA Apparels was recently honoured by the Uttar Pradesh Government. With the export turnover of Rs. 200 crore, CTA Apparels is one of the most respected apparel export houses of Delhi-NCR. The company, completing 25 years of its establishment, is known for its best practices and HR policies. It produces women & kidswear for global brands and top international retailers.

Kansal received the first prize in recognition of the distinguished achievements, innovations in the area of cotton garment manufacturing and exports achieved by the company in the year 2018-19.

“I dedicate this award to my wife, children and the CTA team which is like my bigger extended family. This award will give immense encouragement to all of us in the CTA team to reach greater heights in the times to come.”  – Mukesh Kansal, CMD, CTA Apparels

Kansal is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He also holds a doctorate degree from the Meerut university.

A visionary and a successful entrepreneur, Kansal has always focused on strict discipline, system driven approach in achieving exemplary results. He started CTA Apparels with just one single machine which was being used for sampling while production was outsourced for small export turnover to European countries. His financial analysis, innovation and problem-solving approach has been the benchmark towards accelerated growth of CTA which is now a leading brand in terms of quality, compliance and highly customer satisfaction. That is the reason why Kansal with his vision and strategic thinking has made CTA from one machine company to 3000 machine organisation with an annual turnover of around 200 crore in last fiscal.

The company is continuously growing. It recently added a complete modern textile processing house in its vertical set-up to cater to the internal needs of garmenting segment and also to sell the processed fabric to different reputed garment exporters of India.
