Domain expert Gurpreet Bhatia, CEO of Flying Saints, shared many interesting points in detail right from landing page to e commerce website and user experience, among others.
With the help of Wix.com, Shopify, etc., one can easily make one’s own website, but since 73 per cent people use online platforms through their mobile phones, one must ensure that their websites are mobile-friendly.
Sharing many such interesting examples of innovative e-commerce ideas across the globe, Gurpreet insisted that all kinds of business can be online.
He added “Your website’s home page should explain everything in 8 seconds to the customers. Having a good website is not enough if you are not strong on social media.”
He further suggested that companies should have maximum as well relevant and updated information on their websites and social media platforms.

Auto spelling corrections can uplift 4.5 per cent in mobile conversion rate. Also, price information should be given above the fold on product pages. He said that the WhatsApp button on one’s website is an extremely useful tool to get the contact details of one’s customer.
He also shared case studies of Lyst and many other websites.
