Messe Frankfurt India, a leading trade fair organiser has announced the launch of Screen Print India 2020 – New Delhi debut edition.
The event will be held concurrently with Gartex Texprocess India, a garment and textile machinery trade show. The three-day event from 21 to 23 August will take place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Screen Print India exhibition occurs bi-annually in Mumbai, and over the years it has shown a tremendous expansion. The integration of the two big shows will expand the opportunities for both the visitors and exhibitors covering the entire value chain under one roof.
Similar to its Mumbai edition, Screen Print India Delhi edition is expecting participation of international players from countries like Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and the USA showcasing state-of-art technologies in the field.
Moreover, the organisers are in talks with leading industry associations such as Screen Printing & Graphics Association of India (SGAI) for their participation in India as the industry holds a huge potential in the country.
The exhibitors will be conducting live demonstration of their machines and innovations in the field of screen printing, digital sublimation, heat transfer and textile printing.
Furthermore, the event will include a ‘SPI Sample Gallery’ that displays the best piece of screen printing work.
Besides, there will be numerous sessions and workshops on graphic industry, wherein experts will discuss the latest trends and technology in the field of printing.
“It is a tactical step to co-locate the Delhi edition of Screen Print India exhibition with the forthcoming Gartex Texprocess India as it will enable exhibitors and visitors to benefit from the synergies between the two leading, interconnected textile sector shows. This way, we are also able to offer a comprehensive product showcase to visitors across diverse categories within the garment and textile finishing sector in general and screen and digital printing sector in particular for this segment of buyers,” said, Mr Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd while announcing the dates for Screen Print India exhibition.
