Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt. Ltd. and MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. unveil that Gartex Texprocess India 2021 will be the first hybrid event in the textile sector.
The event supposed to be held alongside Messe Frankfurt’s Screen Print India fair aims to bring the entire textile value chain together.
This year, the event was cancelled due to the pandemic and now the Mumbai edition is making its comeback from 18 to 20 March at the Bombay Exhibition Centre.
Keeping in mind the ongoing travel restrictions, the hybrid event introduces an opportunity for the screen printing and textile sector exhibitors and visitors to take full advantage of both physical interactions and virtual networking opportunities.
The event is being specially curated by the organisers and will feature live product demonstration, display of innovations and new product range to buyers who are attending the fair virtually thus ensuring dual access to trade opportunity.
Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd., explained that the textile and printing businesses thrive on the ‘touch-and-feel’ aspect of networking, which makes the physical trade fair the number one choice for buyers.
Also, the virtual features will be the perfect extension to expand exhibitor visibility and networking opportunities with buyers.
The New Delhi edition of the event has been rescheduled to 6 – 8 August 2021 at Pragati Maidan with its new hybrid format.
Both Mumbai and Delhi edition will give the participants a platform to explore wide range of features including business matchmaking, real-time video calling, scheduled meeting in advance and knowledge sessions all through the digital platform along the traditional physical format.
