Wipro Limited, a leading global IT solution provider, has entered into a strategic partnership with SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) to collaboratively develop a solution for retail and fashion industry.
The new solution will allow the brands and retailers better manage their business processes and enhance customer experience through various functionalities from fashion manufacturing to in-store merchandising.
One of the features is Retail Merchandise Management based on SAP S/4HANA® Cloud that will help address processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, supply chain and core finance for retail.
The key focus area will include omnichannel pricing and promotion, omnichannel merchandise and assortment planning, demand and supply planning and store commerce.
The advanced fashion manufacturing feature will allow the fashion brands and companies to manage their manufacturing planning and execution. Moreover, the intelligent store solution will assist the store associates with advance store processes and automation helping enhance customer experience.
