India Fashion Forum to discuss AI, growing fashion chains

Stage is set for the India Fashion Forum that will be held in Mumbai on March 27 and 28, 2019.

Touted as India’s largest fashion intelligence event, the programme will feature a round-table discussion that will look into India’s growing fashion chains as well as retail space developers. Topics such as artificial intelligence and future retail spaces will also be addressed.

Brands like Fila, Raisin, Soch, Wondersoft, Sara, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Retale, Indi, Zarzoa, Woolmark, Heatwave, Wishful, Aurelia, W, Casa, Gap, Sephora, Ed Hardy, Skechers, Pepe Jeans, and True Blue, will participate in the event.

The top level speakers lined up for the event include names like Machani Gangadhar Gopala Krishna, the joint managing director of MGB Felicity Mall; Rachana Singh, the business consultant and professor of fashion business at Istituto Marangoni; Sabhari Shankar, CEO of Wondersoft; Sandeep Kataria, CEO of Bata India, among others.

IFF has hosted fashion events since 2000 and aims at creating a platform for budding brands as well as a place for businesses to join forces to forecast trends for the coming year. Partners for this year’s event include Cotton USA, Shopify, Ethnix by Raymond and Arvind Fashions.
