Yuho specializes in automatic industrial sewing machines for specific functions such as buttonzhole feeders and button sewing indexer. The newly designed buttonhole feeder U-2604-BH allows easy setting of the top buttonhole in shirts. Operator can easily load the exact point of the shirt placket on the working table to get an accurate buttonhole. The sewing machine head is equipped with JUKI LBH-1790 4,200 rpm direct drive motor: the thread tension mechanism automatically controls the needle and bobbin thread tension as per requirement, giving a good finish to the buttonhole. In addition, it efficiently trims the bobbin thread. The mechanism being oil free, it takes care of staining problem too.
The machine is fitted with two photo sensors which detect the fabric edge automatically. Fabric panel can be fed both left to right (for men) and right to left (for ladies). Courtesy the powerful vacuumed table, the fabric edge is held down tightly, and fed to the top buttonhole position accurately. This allows to set the distance to the top bhuttonhole properly. The LED key panel can hold up to 20 patterns with details such as buttonhole placing, distance to the top button, etc. which can be displayed for the operator to see.
The newly designed button sewing indexers U-2607-LK (lockstitch) and U-2607-MB (single chainstitch) perform the function of attaching the spare button where just enough shirt fabric is needed to load on the vacuumed table to attach button. The lockstitch mode is equipped with LK-1903A/BR35 machine head, and at a high speed of 2300 rpm, it can run non-stop noiselessly. The single chainstitch version is fitted with MB-1800A/BR10 machine head with oil-less direct drive feeding system; can trim threads very finely, and move at a high speed of 1800 rpm.
The machine does not require any left/right fabric setting machine. It is fitted with two photo sensors to detect the fabric edge automatically and accordingly indicate the distance of each button and buttonhole from the top button position. The powerful vacuum suction gives the advantage of no iron pressing and allows to fold the fabric edge by hand.
