Shahi Exports – India’s leading garment manufacturing company – has been awarded by IDC India for its ‘Track & Trace’ Project.
The project was selected as ‘Best in Future Connectedness’ category in 2021 by IDC India which is a premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services and events.
Track & Trace project of Shahi connects end-to-end garment manufacturing processes using digital technologies and the project is led by Puneesh Lamba, CTO of the company who mentioned on his LinkedIn post, “Recognition always gives a boost to the efforts, energy and motivation to do more. The project supports the manufacturing process of Shahi Exports in receiving, manufacturing measurement, traceability, packing and shipping assistance of major raw material and finished products using interconnected technologies vis-à-vis mobile scanners and sensors for quality checks, IoT-based automation assistants and tracking devices sensors, etc. ensuring connectivity across functions.
Shahi further reveals that IDC Future Enterprise Awards received more than 1,000 nominations in 2021 across participating countries like Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, South Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand.
The top country winners will vie for the regional accolade, which will be presented at the IDC Digital Transformation (DX) Summit live in Singapore.
