BRÜCKNER, a global manufacturer of textile machinery, has officially opened its own subsidiary in India—Brückner Textile India Pvt. Ltd.—marking an important landmark in the company’s strategic worldwide expansion. The German business will strengthen its foothold across the globe by expanding to India.
Since 2007, BRÜCKNER has operated in India through a collaboration with Universal MEP Projects & Engineering Services Ltd. (formerly known as Voltas).
This time, through their arrangements and the commitment of Universal, the BRÜCKNER brand firmly established itself in India, and the number of customers represented in India have grown significantly.
“We could never have wished for a better partner,” said Regina Brückner, owner and CEO of the BRÜCKNER Group. “The very important support that we received from Universal over nearly 20 years has assisted our successful growth. Now, with the demand for domestic textiles and the pace of innovation in India, we too can be close to our customers.”
The establishment of Brückner Textile India Pvt. Ltd. signifies the company’s long-term dedication to the region. With Brückner Textile India Pvt. Ltd., BRÜCKNER can provide a more direct service to customers, manage customer relationships more effectively, and be more responsive to customer needs.
The new subsidiary will further strengthen BRÜCKNER’s position in India, which is one of the world’s fastest growing regions of textile production and machine manufacture. BRÜCKNER looks forward to new opportunities in India and to developing more partnerships within the Indian textile value chain.
