
The Luxury League (TLL) is all set for its extravagant annual event, The Luxury Symposium 2018, a conference that spans a day, and provides a dynamic podium to conduct interactive discussions between participants that encompass world-renowned creative thinkers, international business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors and government officials, on a single stage.
The event is set to take place on Friday, 30th November 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in Delhi. India’s Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj will be commencing the conference by addressing the attendees followed by a candid conversation between H.E. Lorenzo Angeloni, Ambassador of Italy to India in conversation with The Luxury League founder, Ritu Beri.
Aimed at strengthening cultural relations between India and Italy to expand India’s cultural space, the event will include several smaller events that highlight India’s heritage and culture. The first session will be conducted by Rajiv Makhni about functioning of ‘MADE IN ITALY’ & ‘MAKE IN INDIA’ in the luxury market. Several bigwigs of the industry, including renowned names such as Licia Mattioli, Vice-President, Confindustria, Massimiliano Guzzini, Business Director, iguzzini, Christian Foddis, CEO – Asia, Ferragamo, etc. will share their views about the topic.
The following session will witness Sanjay Kapur, CEO Genesis, spelling out success by facing new challenges for different global brands in conversation with Gabriella Cortese, Director, Antik Batik, Andrea Scotti Calderini, Co-founder & CEO, Freeda, and Alex Kuruvilla, CEO, Condenast India TBC among others.
The next two sessions also revolve around the growing luxury market as well as the leather goods industry. The evening will come to an end with Minister of Home Affairs Rajnath Singh addressing the gathering.
