In his new role, Adiddam will be responsible for overseeing Myntra’s overall technology strategy, with a focus on driving innovation, ensuring long-term platform scalability and strengthening technical capabilities to support the company’s growth trajectory. His appointment marks a further strengthening of Myntra’s technology leadership as the platform matures and expands the depth of its offerings.
Adiddam brings more than two decades of experience in building and operating large, consumer-facing digital platforms. His expertise spans the architecture of large-scale commerce systems, including agentic models, the scaling of multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines and the delivery of product innovation across key consumer segments. Prior to joining Myntra, he held senior technology leadership roles at Google and US-based Instacart, where he led global engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion and product innovation.
Commenting on the appointment, Myntra’s Chief Executive Officer Nandita Sinha said that technology was central to the company’s ability to deliver a simple and intuitive experience to millions of customers. She said Adiddam’s experience in building and operating large global platforms, combined with his deep technical expertise and disciplined execution, would be critical as Myntra continued to strengthen its technology foundations at scale.
Adiddam said Myntra had established a robust technology platform with a strong emphasis on rigour, scalability and customer focus. He said he looked forward to working closely with teams across the organisation to drive innovation and further enhance the platform’s technological capabilities in support of Myntra’s long-term growth.
In his capacity as Chief Technology Officer, Adiddam will report to Ms Sinha. His appointment follows the recent addition of Ritesh Mishra to Myntra’s senior leadership team as Senior Vice President and Head of Category and Revenue.
