Apparel label ARROW has been tagged as the “Most Trusted Brand in India” by Trust Research Advisory’s Brand Trust Report.
It is important to add here that Brand Trust Report is a yearly research which was first initiated in the year 2013. The survey uses exclusive 61-Attribute Brand Trust Matrix, a process that reveals the trust and preference of brand influencers. In the 2018 survey, 2,488 participants took part from 16 Indian cities.
ARROW’s formalwear has beaten Raymond’s fabrics and Levi’s casualwear (that were on second and third position, respectively), to secure the top spot in the latest rankings released by TRA.
Speaking exclusively to Apparel Resources, Sumit Dhingra, VP and Chief Operating Officer – ARROW, Aéropostale & Izod (India) at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, said, “This is a significant achievement for a brand that we launched in India 25 years back. Being ranked not just the ‘Most Trusted Formalwear Brand’ but also the ‘Most Trusted Apparel Brand’ is an honour for us.”
Markedly, ARROW is one of the heritage brands in the Arvind Fashions Ltd. portfolio. It has around 250 exclusive outlets and more than 500 in-shop counters in the country which serve a loyal and growing customer base.
“The fact that it has earned the trust of Indian consumers is all the validation we need of its success in India. Also, we are known for expertise in shirt making, the brand has stood for quality, craftsmanship & appropriate workwear for professionals over years,” the CEO underscored.
Being ranked the Most Trusted Apparel Brand proves that the steps that have been taken to consistently offer a quality product range, engage with the customers and build a strong pan-India brand have all been in the right direction, Mr Dhingra apprised us.
Although Philips-Van Heusen Corporation has acquired ARROW international rights; in India, the fashion brand is being marketed by Arvind Group that also owns rights of brands like US Polo, Flying Machine, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Gant, Nautica, etc. in the country.
