Brand Studio Lifestyle’s CEO, Shyam Prasad, has called for the Union Budget to focus on boosting disposable incomes across India to increase consumer spending, particularly among salaried workers and those in rural areas.
“As we approach the upcoming budget announcement, we hope the Government will focus on boosting disposable income, especially for the salaried class, through tax benefits and dedicated rural community initiatives,” said Shyam Prasad in a press release. “The fashion segment is dynamic and highly responsive to changes in consumer behavior, economic policies, and market trends. We hope the government will prioritise initiatives and investments to stimulate consumer spending and align with ongoing infrastructure development initiatives. Moreover, the rise in rural spending presents a significant opportunity to expand the e-commerce consumer base, helping it grow and reach more people.”
Brand Studio Lifestyle processes approximately 80,000 orders per day. After recently launching a new Highlander brand store in Ahmedabad, the company plans to continue expanding its offline presence in India.
