Medical apparel brand Knya has continued its rapid retail expansion across India, with more than 15 outlets now in operation nationwide and two new stores launched in South India within the past month.
Having embarked on its physical retail journey just a year ago, the brand has quickly scaled its brick-and-mortar presence. The latest store openings in Manipal and Secunderabad further strengthen Knya’s national footprint and improve accessibility for healthcare professionals across southern India.
Both outlets are designed exclusively for medical professionals and feature Knya’s range of premium medical apparel and accessories, including scrubs, lab coats, aprons, jackets and the company’s 6Sense Stethoscope.
South India remains a strategic focus for the brand, supported by a strong healthcare and education ecosystem anchored by institutions such as Kasturba Medical College, the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and KMC Hospital. The Manipal store reinforces Knya’s presence in this established healthcare hub, while the Secunderabad outlet extends access for doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers across Telangana and neighbouring regions.
Abhijeet Kaji, co-founder of Knya, said the company’s priority was to remain highly accessible to the medical community. He noted that opening two stores within a month allowed the brand to engage more closely with healthcare professionals and gain deeper insight into their everyday requirements, while ensuring that high-quality and functional medical apparel was readily available wherever doctors and nurses work.
Following steady expansion throughout the year, Knya is progressing towards its long-term goal of establishing 100 stores across India. The brand plans to strengthen its presence in key southern cities while also expanding into Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, with the aim of providing healthcare professionals nationwide with easier access to premium, purpose-built medical apparel.
