Nabamita Bannerjee has been appointed as Customer Care Associate and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) by Shoppers Stop, India’s premium fashion, beauty and gifting omnichannel retailer.
Nabamita spent over a decade at Tata Starbucks with the most recent position served by her being that of Head of Human Resources. She has also worked with Patni Computers and Apparel Group where she led HR functions for over 15,000 employees across India and EMEA. Nabamita has more than 18 years of experience across IT, retail and QSR industries, with expertise in talent management, compensation and benefits, organisational development, HR operations, inclusion and diversity and change management.
