
Ravi Dhariwal has resigned from his role as a director on the board of Raymond Lifestyle Ltd. This comes after Sunil Kataria, the company’s managing director, left earlier. At the moment, the senior management group, headed by Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania, is in charge of managing Raymond Lifestyle Ltd.’s business operations.
Gautam Hari Singhania thanked Dhariwal for his services while serving on the board, in a statement announcing his resignation. He noted that Dhariwal brought valuable consumer-centric insights to the company and extended best wishes for his future endeavours.
Ravi Dhariwal also commented on his departure, expressing his appreciation to the Executive Chairman, fellow board members, and executives he worked with, stating that his time with the company was meaningful. He added that he would always cherish his association with Raymond Lifestyle and carry fond memories.
