Reebok has announced the launch of its latest collection in collaboration with contemporary menswear designer Angus Chiang.
The line, which has already been revealed at the Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, will comprise three colourways of the Zig Kinetica Concept_Type 2.
The Angus Chiang version of the popular shoe is inspired by the first-generation digital era.
Drawing from the standardised RGB pallet, the footwear amalgamates loud Reebok designs with Angus’ bold colour blocking.
Further, playing with the idea of clashing harmonisation, the materials used such as corduroy, leather and canvas, make for an elevated look and feel that comes together despite the different components used.
The Zig Kinetica Concept Type_2 is a luxurious version of the original innovative Zig Kinetica.
The fashion forward silhouette is in addition to the revolutionary cushioning that propels the wearer forward. Angus Chiang’s version will be available in three colourways: white/vector red/black, bottle green/white/bright yellow, pigment purple/bright yellow/black.
Reebok x Angus Chiang will be available online today, i.e., 9 October onwards in unisex sizing.
Sneakerheads can shop for this collaboration exclusively on Reebok’s official website for a retail price of Rs. 12,999.
