
Fifty Degree, the Indian subsidiary brand of V3 exports, has joined hands with leading e-commerce players in the country in a bid to enhance its reach and sales in India. The apparel label recently forayed into the Indian market with the appointment of TV actor Gaurav Chopra as its brand ambassador.
The fashion retailer will retail its merchandise on e-commerce pioneers of the country like Amazon, Flipkart and Paytm. It also plans to collaborate with other fashion e-retailers in the coming time to boost its retail presence across the nation.
Vinay Mehra, Founder & MD, Fifty Degree said, “On the basis of growth and pre-determined measured steps, the retailer is targeting to spread its product availability with a Kiosk Model and (Exclusive Brand Outlets) EBOs across the country, focusing mainly on South and West India. We are also in talks with some big e-commerce platforms, and we will soon be available on a few other platforms.”
Reportedly, the apparel brand is looking to foray into the expanding Indian t-shirt market, that is touted to touch Rs. 23,000 crore mark in the apparel market by the end of the ongoing fiscal year.
Notably, the recently introduced clothing label specializes in t-shirts offering a vast variety of formals, basics, sports, and casual wear. Fifty Degree’s parent group, V3 Exports, is an India-based company that has its roots in Mumbai and it exports apparels to both Gulf and European countries.
