To honour the skill trainers for their outstanding contribution in strengthening the overall skilling ecosystem of the country, the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) organised the second edition of a digital conclave ‘Kaushalacharya Awards 2020’.
14 trainers were awarded under the short-term training for their exceptional contribution across different sectors.
Out of these 14 trainers, Nishreen Panwala was awarded with the National Award for Trainer Excellence and Sunaina Pathak of Methods Apparel Consultancy with the National Award for Master Trainers in the apparel sector (Group 2) category at the Kaushalacharya Samadar 2020.
Three trainers from Jan Shikshan Sansthan Renu Pandey, Valsamma and Archana Sole were awarded for skill development and self-help group development in rural areas.
Dr. Roopak Vasishtha, CEO & DG, Apparel Made-Ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council congratulated all the awardees and said that the trainers are pillars of the Skill India Mission.
