At the booth of E H Turel, a live production floor of Vibemac sewing automates along with machines from Typical and Kaiyu, for producing short pants generated greater interest among the visitors. The line comprised of DCT 2516V4 pocket setter and pocket creaser, 1010V4DLC back pocket designing machine, 4650EV9R loop setter, 3022BHE bottom hemming machines, 2261HP feed-off-the-arm machine and 3022WB automatic waistband machine. “Right now if a company is producing 200 to 300 jeans with 30 workers, why can’t it make 1,000 jeans with a higher level of quality, which will make possible the successful balancing of the three aspects of fashion, comfort and price. It’s like not buying a tractor because it’s expensive but in the longe-run, with a horse, a farmer cannot increase his farms productivity,” adds Enrico Guerreschi, Global Sales Director, Vibemac.
