Winsome Textile Industries (India) sees its net profit rise by 295.42% in Q4

The quarterly and annual results of many textile companies have remained positive.

Chandigarh-based leading yarn and fabric producing company Winsome Textile Industries has, reportedly, seen its standalone net profit rise by 295.42 per cent to clock Rs. 24.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs. 6.12 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

The sales rose by 37.37 per cent to Rs. 248.74 crore in Q4, 2022 as against Rs. 181.07 crore during the same period a year ago.

The company’s full year (FY22) net profit remained Rs. 45.49 crore against the net loss of Rs. 1.21 crore during the last fiscal.

Its sales rose by 50.96 per cent to Rs. 893.30 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs. 591.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
