
One of the top “design-to-shelf” platforms in India, Active Clothing Co Limited, has released its unaudited Q3 and 9M FY ’25 results. The company specialises in flat-knitted sweaters, jackets, and circular-knitted clothing for international fashion labels.
The company saw Total Income of Rs 100.22 crore (US $ 12.03 million) with a YoY growth of 89.18 percent, PAT of Rs 3.14 crore (US $ 377,000) with a YoY growth of 222.83 percent, and EBITDA of Rs 9.02 crore (US $ 1.08 million) with a YoY growth of 66.11 percent.
Commenting on the financial performance, Rajesh Mehra, Managing Director of Active Clothing Co Limited, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s strong results for Q3 and the first nine months of FY ’25. He highlighted a 223 per cent surge in Q3 PAT and noted that the 9M FY ’25 revenue has already exceeded the full-year revenue of FY ’24. This growth, he emphasised, is a result of their ongoing focus on innovation, efficiency, and building stronger partnerships with leading global fashion brands.
