
An advanced data insights subscription “Zepto Atom” has been launched for consumer brands in India by Zepto, a homegrown 10-minute delivery powerhouse.
One of Zepto Atom’s features is its capacity to provide market share and brand performance statistics at the PIN-code level, which enables consumer brands to track their presence with remarkable accuracy throughout India’s dispersed neighbourhood economies.
By emphasising how a brand might be failing in Hyderabad’s western suburbs, for example, and providing actionable cues to enhance price, marketing, or distribution in those areas, the platform helps marketers to pinpoint hyperlocal demand gaps and growth spots.
Real-time visibility into live sales metrics is an additional feature. Zepto Atom gives brand partners a constantly changing perspective on the efficacy of campaigns and pricing strategies by providing them with statistics on product sales, consumer impressions, and conversion rates every minute.
According to the business, this granularity enables brands to instantly recalibrate, modifying promotions or stock keeping units (SKUs) in response to changing consumption patterns over the course of hours and days.
Zepto GPT, an internal natural language processing (NLP) assistant that serves as a conversational interface over the Zepto dataset, is another element. In addition to receiving data-backed insights, predictive recommendations, and even pre-formatted reports, brands may ask business-critical questions in plain English and get relevant responses.
Zepto’s daily generation of millions of data points may be used to provide marketers with real-time, personalised insights on their products at a far more affordable cost than they are already paying, according to CEO Aadit Palicha.
According to Palicha, Zepto plans to devote a substantial amount of engineering resources to enhancing this product over the course of the upcoming year. New capabilities, such as automated survey tools tailored to particular client cohorts or AI-generated customer profiles, are in the works.
