Raymond Lifestyle has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as Whole-Time Director for a five-year term till 5th May 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
Ghosh currently serves as chief executive officer of Raymond Lifestyle, a role he took over in January 2026.
Ghosh has more than 25 years of experience across FMCG, textiles, retail, consumer businesses, and both B2B and B2C operations.
Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Ghosh was associated with the Aditya Birla Group for 9 plus years, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for the Cellulosic Fashion Yarn business at Grasim Industries and led a manufacturing-focused business with emphasis on operational efficiency, sustainability, profitable growth, and production management.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer for the Domestic Textiles business within the Aditya Birla Group.
He led the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, overseeing multi-country operations and global manufacturing networks as CEO of Domestic Textiles & Thai Acrylic Fibre.
Ghosh also held leadership roles with other companies including L’Oréal, Spencer’s Retail, and PepsiCo.
At L’Oréal, he served in multiple senior roles, including Global Sales Director for Emerging Markets and Director of the Consumer Products Division in India, where he oversaw brands such as Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, and Maybelline New York. He also managed operations across South Asia and other international markets.
Earlier, he was Vice President at Spencer’s Retail, leading north India operations, and held senior sales and strategy roles at PepsiCo, including work across trade marketing, key accounts, and modern retail expansion.
Raymond Lifestyle Limited (RLL), incorporated in 2024, is a part of the Raymond Group and focuses on apparel, high-value shirting, and textile manufacturing. The Indian fashion powerhouse owns brands such as Raymond, Park Avenue, ColorPlus, and Ethnix, and has a retail presence of more than 1,100 stores across the country.
