India’s leading apparel exporter Pratibha Syntex is coming up with a huge new green factory (Pratibha Swaraj). The Indore-based exporter, known for its sustainability initiatives, has started the construction of the factory at village Navakheda, Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh).
Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated the construction work of the factory by performing the land veneration.
On this occasion, Shivkumar Choudhary, Owner of Pratibha Swaraj, and Shreyaskar Choudhary, MD, Pratibha Syntex were present, along with company officials.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that exports would get a boost with the establishment of the green garment factory.

Apparel Resources had a candid discussion with Nitin Seth, COO of the company about this greenfield project, which is envisaged to abide by international benchmarks of environmental consciousness and smart factory concepts.
To be developed at the outlay of Rs. 115 crore, the plant will provide direct or indirect employment to around 4,000 people.
