Minaxi Textiles registered a standalone net profit of Rs. 0.71 crore (US $ 83,000) for the March 2025 quarter, compared to the net loss of Rs. 1.65 crore (US $ 192,000) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. However, the company experienced a steep fall in revenue by 29.74 per cent at Rs. 6.19 crore (US $ 723,000) from Rs. 8.81 crore (US $ 1.03 million) in the following quarter of the last fiscal.
For the full year ended March 2025, Minaxi Textiles reported reduced net loss of Rs. 0.53 crore (US $ 62,000), presenting substantial progress over the Rs. 3.11 crore (US $ 363,000) loss recorded in previous fiscal. However, annual sales dropped by 15.78 per cent to Rs. 28.88 crore (US $ 3.37 million) from Rs. 34.29 crore (US $ 4 million) in FY ’24.
The performance indicates a rebound in profitability despite declining sales. In the future, the company should give emphasis to cost optimization and new market opportunities to subsidize revenue streams in the future.
