
Leading vertically integrated textile manufacturer Vardhman Textiles’ net profit for the quarter ending in June 2025 was Rs. 207.17 crore (US $ 23.98 million), a 13.14% decrease from the previous quarter ending in June 2024, when it was Rs. 238.50 crore (US $ 27.61 million). Compared to the previous quarter, which ended in June 2024, when sales were Rs. 2,308.59 crore (US $ 267 million), sales in the quarter ending in June 2025 increased by 3.34% to Rs. 2,385.66 crore (US $ 276 million).
Textile revenue increased 3.17% YoY to Rs. 2,342.32 crore (US $ 271 million) in Q1 FY ’26, while acrylic fibre revenue increased 21.61% YoY to Rs. 69.38 crore (US $ 8.03 million).
Compared to Q1 FY ’25, when total yarn production was 66,881 metric tonnes (MT), Q1 FY ’26 saw a 2.6% increase to 68,639 MT. In Q1 of FY ’26, total sales increased 3.7% year over year to 65,329 metric tonnes.
Total sales of grey fabric fell 2.9% to 497 MT in Q1 FY ’26 from 512 MT in Q1 FY ’25. Total production dropped 5.3% YoY to 496 MT in Q1 of FY ’26.
From 407 MT in Q1 FY ’25 to 418 MT in Q1 FY ’26, processed fabric sales increased 2.7% overall. Compared to 422 MT in Q1 FY ’25, total production decreased 2.8% to 410 MT in Q1 FY ’26.
