As the hankering for e-commerce grows in customers faced with the possibility of having to live with coronavirus, many companies have been ramping up their efforts to take business online.
Bestseller India is another such conglomerate looking to tap the e-commerce vein by signing up with Unicommerce to create a centralised system to sell products from its brands like Jack & Jones, Only, Vero Moda and Selected.
This partnership will not only help streamline operations by ensuring unified visibility of operations and inventory across marketplaces, but also help decision-making faster and execution smoother for accelerated growth.
With its current network of over 300 standalone stores, 1,000 MBOs and e-tailing through app and website, Bestseller is looking at enhancing customer experience through this partnership.
Ranjan Sharma, Head of Supply Chain at Bestseller, had to say, “Our partnership with Unicommerce is another step towards ensuring great customer experience by enabling faster deliveries and seamless online shopping experience.”
Kapil Makhija, CEO of Unicommerce, also expressed that the company is enthralled to be working with some of the top brands and added that Unicommerce will be helpful in providing a single platform for Bestseller to control and manage all e-commerce operations.
