Gurugram-based ethnic wear brand Alaya By Stage3 has raised an undisclosed seed funding round led by LC Nueva AIF, with participation from a Delhi-based high-net-worth individual, as it looks to strengthen operations and accelerate growth.
The company, operated by Cosmo Brands Private Limited, said the capital will be deployed to expand operational capacity, enhance supply chain capabilities, and deepen the integration of artificial intelligence across the business ahead of peak festive demand.
Alaya By Stage3 has recorded rapid growth over the past two years and is currently on track to achieve an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs. 20 crore (US $2 million). It is targeting Rs. 50 crore (US $5 million) in ARR over the next two years, supported by investments in infrastructure, operational efficiency and AI-led automation.
The company stated that the fresh funding will be used to expand warehousing infrastructure, scale inventory and production, and strengthen its supply chain to support new collections and product lines. A portion of the capital will also be allocated towards embedding AI models across core business functions, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, marketing, customer experience and creative workflows, with the aim of improving efficiency and enabling faster decision-making.
Co-founder and CEO Himanshi Kamra said that the fundraise is intended to address operational constraints arising from strong demand, particularly during festive seasons, and to build deeper inventory and stronger backend infrastructure to sustain growth while progressing towards profitability. She added that the company is actively integrating AI models across its operations.
Jatin Grover, Co-founder and CBO, stated that the company is now focused on scaling execution by eliminating logistics and supply chain bottlenecks. He noted that AI is central to rethinking the operating model, with applications in performance marketing, planning accuracy and workflow optimisation that would otherwise require significantly larger teams.
Alaya By Stage3 sells through its own website and online marketplaces, including Nykaa Fashion and Amazon. The company has also expanded internationally and currently serves customers across five global markets.
