
To improve its omnichannel operations, fashion retailer Forever New has teamed with Unicommerce Tech Stack. The company will centralise its retail operations and use its end-to-end post-purchase technology stack.
Forever New said in a news release that it will be able to provide a ship-from-store service to its customers in India by connecting its stores and warehouses onto a centralised platform. For more than five years, Forever New has used Unicommerce’s order management and warehouse management software.
Forever New seeks to enhance the shopping experience for its customers by integrating all online and offline sales channels onto a single platform by enhancing its omnichannel capabilities through Unicommerce solutions.
“We have made omnichannel capabilities a top priority in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction,” said Forever New’s country head Dhruv Bogra.
Since a few years ago, the business has concentrated on this field, and it has a long-standing relationship with Unicommerce. The Unicommerce system will reinforce operations throughout India and improve the purchasing experience for customers who enjoy perusing new collections across a variety of sales channels, he further added.
