
Lacoste, the French retail brand, is looking for growth in omnichannel and also in offline and online retail even as it is upgrading its offline experience with bigger boutiques, premiumising its products and the brand itself.
This was, reportedly, maintained by the MD and CEO of Lacoste India, Rajesh Jain, who added omnichannel has its own challenges but those will get ironed out in some time.
In case of online presence, he, reportedly, underlined that online is the future and therefore they plan to expand by partnering with select third-party marketplaces this year.
Rajesh Jain, reportedly, made these observations during a recent interaction with the media.
