Lifestyle brand ARKS has appointed Dhruv Mathur as its new Chief Executive Officer as part of a planned leadership transition. Under the change, Co-Founder and former CEO Abhinav Verma has stepped down from his executive responsibilities.
Having played an integral role in the company’s growth and day-to-day operations, Mathur will now oversee ARKS’ next phase of business expansion.
Mathur joined ARKS in April 2024 as Head of Strategy & Revenue before being elevated to Chief Operating Officer in April 2025. He was responsible for long-term business planning, strategy, and business operations, contributing to the brand’s expansion.
Prior to joining ARKS, he led Strategy and Sales Brands & Licensing at Collective Artists Network. He also founded Filteroma in 2018 and served as its CEO until 2023. Earlier in his career, Mathur was Director at Hook Line & Sinker and Cluster Business Manager at Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd.
As Co-Founder, Verma was instrumental in shaping the brand’s vision, building its operational framework, and driving its growth trajectory. He will continue to work closely with the leadership team to facilitate a seamless handover.
The company said ARKS will continue under the guidance of Founder Ranbir Kapoor, with strategic priorities including broadening its product range, deepening customer engagement, exploring new collaborations and partnerships, and rolling out brand campaigns.

Founded by actor Ranbir Kapoor, ARKS is a premium lifestyle label offering apparel and lifestyle merchandise. The brand currently operates ARKS Studio outlets in Mumbai and Delhi and is also available through Broadway department stores in Hyderabad and Pune.
