Quality & Supply Chain Leader Ranjan Mundhra, has joined Newtimes Group, Hong Kong – a global apparel sourcing and supply chain management company – as Vice President, Quality & Production. He holds 26 years of experience in optimising vendor performance, transforming quality assurance functions,and leading cross-functional teams across the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries.
Before joining Newtimes Group, he worked as a freelance Supply Chain Management Consultant specialising in vendor management, cost optimisation, quality systems, and cross-functional process transformation. He has also held senior leadership roles at global companies such as PVH and Walmart.
At global apparel company PVH he served as Senior Director Quality for Asia from 2020–2024, leading a team of 70 and managing over 300 factories, where he took initiatives including zero-defect programs and digital quality transformation.
At Walmart he oversaw operations across South China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, managing over 60 factories and improving quality performance as Senior Manager Quality Assurance and Technical Design for over 8 years.
He has also held key roles across leading organisations like Best Corporation as QA/QC Manager and H&M overseeing factory audits, vendor development, and quality systems.
