Mumbai-based Armstrong Products, which is specializing in uniforms, has recently received good orders in work wear, encouraging the company to increase its focus on the same. Dhruv Tiwari, Director of the company while talking to Apparel Online said, “Despite the ongoing recession, we are having enough orders of work wear from both export as well as domestic market.
In India, we are in touch with some large-scale petrochemical companies, which give us huge size orders. Our work wear production is almost going to double now.”
Although Dhruv refused to share details of orders, he is sure that the company will get good growth by the increased orders. “For organized company like us there is huge opportunities in work wear,” he said. Armstrong Products, an ISO 9001 certified company, was started in 1996 and having specialization in uniform industry, it also manufactures thermal boiler suits (coverall).
