Day one of GTE also witnessed visitors from Bangalore, the city with good and big companies, and Motherland Garments is also one such company. A J Pandian, MD; and G. Ramesh Kanna and SA Selvamani, both Directors of the company (all three MSC in Textile Chemistry) visited the GTE. The company is doing processing jobwork for the exporters as well as known Indian brands. It is also coming up with a new unit in Andhra Pradesh with the investment of Rs. 8 crore which is expected to be operational in next fiscal. “Our target is to double turnover by doing less pieces. We will give more value, more new kinds of finishes, etc. to achieve our target,” said A J Pandian to the Apparel Resources.
