The FE-810 automatic thread cutting device from Dino for overlock sewing machines is among the most popular product offerings of the company. With various patents, the device is not only highly ergonomical, efficient and fully automatic, it also helps companies save 75% electricity, 85% sewing thread and increases the production by 35%. “Suitable for 3,4 and 5 thread overlock machines, the device not only cuts the threads at the seam ends but also locks the ends for avoiding thread unravelling. Due to all these advantages the Return-on Investment is within a year,” informs Foo Toon Pow. The US-100EZ and US-100V thread trimmers from UniSun and the Hurg HCT-888 tension type Computerized Metering Device, are the other popular products from the company.
The company claims to have more than 4500 clients in Bangladesh including names like Standard Group, Palmal Group and Fakir Group. “Over a period of time a lot of investments have been made in the country and I feel the country will continue to grow in the same manner in the years to come irrespective of the political and infrastructural bottlenecks, which I believe will certainly improve with time,” he added.
Working with a network of more than 20 dealers in the country, Foo Toon Pow believes that this dealer network they have created is one of the biggest reasons for their deep penetration into the market.
