The spirit of Pegasus is in Kan-nui – a concept to prompt the company and its people to deliver higher level of customer satisfaction which also includes striving to continuously offer improved technologies, consistently achieve higher quality in its products both software and hardware and offer better services and solutions to its customers.
The concept of Kan-nui is a culmination in its “W1600 series” which are interlock stitch machines having cylinder bed, that is capable of producing tight and soft stitches by itself. It employs multi thread control system which has a unique needle thread take-up mechanism and it is the first of its kind in the sewing machine industry.
Another group of machines that have minimal startup lubrication system is MLS type “MX3200/5200P series”. It consists of safety stitch machines and overedgers equipped with unique lubrication system that achieves stable lubrication performance according to machine speed. In this system, oil is supplied to the necessary areas as required. In addition, the oil circulated through each part is accurately drained, preventing oil leakage and oil splashes, reducing wasted effort, such as oil stain removing operations.
The other machines are “FS700P series” which consists of 4-needle, feed-off-the-arm, interlock stitch machines which are used for flat seaming, and this series is also equipped with minimal and stable lubrication system. The MLS plus type of the FS700 series adopts the world’s first machine bed equipped with a completely enclosed needle drive mechanism.
