Capillary Technologies and INCREFF have come together to enable retailers create a unified omnichannel experience for the customers.
The collaboration will combine Capillary’s expertise in omnichannel commerce technology with INCREFF’s inventory fulfilment warehouse and merchandising capabilities.
With e-commerce gaining acceptance and surge due to the current situation of pandemic, retailers are accelerating technology adoption for enhancing their operational capabilities of selling on multiple channels including offline and online.
Besides, the partnership will allow the retailers to utilise the capabilities of both the companies and overcome the bridge between the offline and the online retailing.

The strategic-partnership will also empower retailers to establish a strong presence online therefore reducing the need for customers to walk in the store and getting the same comfort of shopping online like offline.
For quick fulfilment of online, the retailers would be allowed to establish a centralised warehouse, thereby improving operational and economical efficiency.
Moreover, the smooth establishment of omnichannel retailing will further allow them to capture demand across multiple channels including stores, brands’ website, social media channel and other online marketplace while fulfilling the same from warehouse.
