Order processing on Reid & Taylor’s website, warehouses, physical stores, and online platforms will all be automated now. This will allow customers to move seamlessly between online and offline channels. The firm is able to provide its consumers with ship-from-store service by integrating its stores and warehouses on a centralised platform.
