FabIndia, an ethnic fashion and lifestyle brand, has teamed up with Unicommerce, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, to enhance its online sales. From its physical stores, the company will be able to ship e-commerce orders and synchronise its inventory on an hourly basis.
“With Unicommerce’s robust omni-channel technology, we are confident of seamlessly managing our rising e-commerce volumes across online and offline channels,” said FabIndia’s chief of e-commerce Arun Naikar.
By means of this partnership, FabIndia will have access to Unicommerce’s multi-channel order management system and warehouse management system, which will enable it to optimise its order processing procedures. Utilising unicommerce’s technology, the company will also handle order returns in an effort to cut down on waste and enhance the post-purchase experience for customers.

In addition to its direct-to-consumer e-commerce site, FabIndia boasts more than 100 exclusive brand stores around India.
