The parent company of India’s ethnicwear brand Manyavar, Vedant Fashions Ltd., has reported 86 per cent rise in its net profit to Rs. 88 crore for the fourth quarter ended December 2022, compared to Rs. 47 crore reported in the year-ago period.
It may be mentioned here Ravi Modi, Shilpi Modi and Ravi Modi Family Trust are the promoters of Vedant Fashions, which runs several clothing brands like Twamev, Manthan, Mohey, Mebaz and Manyavar, amongst others, focussing on traditional and occasion wear.
Manyavar alone has a network of 525 exclusive-brand outlets, which includes 55 shop-in-shops and is present in 207 Indian cities with retail footprints in Canada, US and UAE.
