Lifestyle company Arvind Fashions Limited has appointed Lakshmi Krishnan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 25th May 2026.
Lakshmi joins the company with over 25 years of global HR leadership experience across India, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom.
She brings expertise in driving organisational transformation, building high-performing teams, and shaping future-ready capabilities across leading global organisations.
Before joining AFL, Lakshmi worked with Unilever, where she led HR for Corporate Functions at its global headquarters in London and partnered with senior leadership to drive large-scale transformation across a 5,000+ employee base.
She also led HR for Unilever’s Global Procurement business, driving inclusion, capability building, and performance transformation at scale.
Previously, she worked at APT Talent Partners, Bedrock HR, Lehman Brothers, and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
