Deepika Deepti has been named as the new Head of Marketing at Bata. Having 20 years of experience across leading brands and a profound understanding of the retail sector, Deepika will guide Bata India’s marketing strategy, famous for her influence in India’s sneaker culture. She is set to inject a new, stylish trend into the brand.
Throughout her tenure at Adidas, Deepika played a major role in pushing business growth in India and emerging markets; transforming the sneaker industry with Adidas Originals, Yeezy & Neo. As CEO at CAMP SMA, she spearheaded projects like Bhaane and Veg Non Veg and created partnerships with Nike India. Serving as Senior VP of Marketing, at Metro Brands Ltd. she commenced the “Takes you to the new” campaign for Metro Shoes and led cultural movements for Fitflop and Fila.
