Bestseller India has appointed Manika Mittal as Business Head for Vero Moda India, marking the latest step in her career in fashion retail and brand leadership. The company said the appointment reflects its focus on strengthening its women’s fashion portfolio and expanding opportunities in India’s evolving retail landscape.
Mittal brings extensive experience across merchandising, brand strategy and retail operations. Before joining Bestseller India, she served as Senior Director at Myntra, where she oversaw international and omni-channel brands and led initiatives aimed at strengthening global labels on the platform. Her earlier role as Head of International Brands at Myntra further expanded her expertise in brand development, marketplace growth and consumer-focused curation.
Prior to Myntra, Mittal worked with More Retail Limited as AVP – Buying & Merchandising, contributing to strategic and category management functions. She also spent several years at Aditya Birla Retail Limited in senior leadership positions, following earlier assignments within the Aditya Birla Group’s leadership programmes and retail buying roles for Allen Solly. Her career began with early stints at ITC and Nike, where she gained experience in lean manufacturing, product lifecycle management and retail operations.
According to Bestseller India, Mittal’s background across fashion, strategy and brand-building positions her to support Vero Moda India’s next phase of growth.
