A 10-minute return policy for clothing and footwear has been implemented by Blinkit, the quick-commerce division of Zomato. The size and fit problems that internet customers face are the main target of this function.
“If there are problems with the delivered product’s size or fit, customers can start the return/exchange process. This addresses a significant issue of size anxiety for categories such as apparel and footwear,” Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa remarked in a post on the microblogging site X (previously Twitter).
After testing the return option in Delhi NCR for a few weeks, Dhindsa said the Zomato-owned platform has now made it available in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, with plans to soon expand to additional cities.
Blinkit has not yet made an official announcement regarding the specifics of the 10-minute return procedure. The Blinkit app will probably be used to start the request, though, and a specialised pickup service will guarantee a prompt completion within the allotted time.
